New plinth painted in glossy cream white. Deep red top with armboard in teak wood makes up a real retro look. But thereĀ“s no retro sound.
Everything is disassembled, all parts and components are cleaned, polished, lubricated, painted and improved. Floating suspension is resonance-damped, the bearing is meticulously polished and lubricated for vibration-free operation. Engine has been dismantled and cleaned, all components in the power supply have been replaced withf new and better ones. New plinth and new base plate.
Tonearm is taken apart, all parts are cleaned, polished and painted. Tonearm wire is replaced with Pure Litz Copper Cable.
New belt and new Nagaoka MP-100 cartridge. Plays like a modern player, with a tight and detailed sound. A jewel of a player, and the only TD-150 in this design.
