Era Mk6 vintage French high end turntable mounted on the immortal SME 3009 S2 Improved arm. Era made some of the better players on the market and was in its time quite innovative, with a synchronous motor with extremely low speed for minimal vibrations. Mk6 came without arm, but usually with SME base. Box and base plate in solid steel, with sides and bracelet veneered with walnut.
 Player and arm are completely dismantled, cabinet painted in high gloss white with polished plate and wood panels. The box and lid are acoustically damped on the inside, and the Silent Bloc base plate has been removed in favor of high-quality sorbotan damping feet, which leads to a great improvement in sound. Engine is overhauled, plain bearings are polished and lubricated with the right oil. New strap and new power cable.
 The arm has mounted VanDenHul signal cable and a Nagaoka MP-110 pickup. The combo plays as it looks; pig delicious!
